SOUPS, SAUCES, SALSAS, AND SLAWS ARE ALL MADE IN HOUSE. MEATS ARE SLICED TWICE A DAY FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. IT TAKES HOURS OF PREPARATION MORNING, AFTERNOON, AND NIGHT TO KEEP OUR SEASONAL MENUS ROLLING OUT SMOOTHLY.
