10’X10’. THAT’S ALL WE NEED TO CREATE THE FRESH FOOD WE SERVE WITH OUR FRESH ALES.

SOUPS, SAUCES, SALSAS, SLAWS, POTATO SALADS ARE ALL MADE IN HOUSE. MEATS ARE GRILLED AND ROASTED OVERNIGHT FOR TENDERNESS AND FLAVOR, AND SLICED TWICE A DAY FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. CHEESES, PASTA, SIDES, MARINADES AND CHILLED APPS ARE ALSO PREPARED BEFORE BOTH SERVICES. IT TAKES HOURS OF PREPARATION MORNING, AFTERNOON, AND NIGHT TO KEEP OUR SEASONAL MENUS ROLLING OUT SMOOTHLY.

THE KITCHEN SPACE YOU SEE IS WHAT WE HAVE. EVERY SQUARE INCH IS DEDICATED TO SERVING GREAT FOOD.

 WE SOURCE LOCALly whenever we can. our ROLLS and buns are FROM VANS BAKERY (grand rapids, mi). BREAD, PRETZELS AND OUR SPECIALLY BAKED BEER-INFUSED CAKES come FROM NANTUCKET BAKING CO. (grand rapids, mi). we showcase locally made hot sauce from death rattle hot sauce (grand rapids, mi). German wieners and kielbasa are from franks market (grand Rapids, mi), just to name a few.
